At Etat Libre d'Orange, we want you to be fully satisfied with your olfactory discovery, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the protective seal has been broken.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance remains in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and that the request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Contact Customer Care
Email our boutique team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number and the correct return address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box or a similarly protective container to prevent glass breakage during transit.
Ship and Track
Send your parcel using a tracked shipping method; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
